      What is the purpose of Lessons Learned and Major Issues checkboxes?

      The relevance of the Lessons Learned and Major issue checkboxes are used for viewing and reporting purposes.  Major Issues (and Risks) are displayed on the Program, Team Lead, and Extended Team Dashboards. From the perspective of reports, the Lessons Learned report displays this information along with several Operational and Analytic reports.
