Team Lead vs. Extended Team Dashboards

The difference between these two (2) dashboards is described below with the user, Hailey Mosh, who is a member of the HR Team.   When Hailey navigates to the Home/Team Lead dashboard, she’ll see the following:

  • The top 10 HR team Activities that are “in progress.”
  • The top 10 HR team Activities starting in the next 30 days.” 
  • She will see the top 10 HR team’s open Issues and open Risks.

Lastly, Hailey will see those activities that she’s working on, e.g., “in progress” and “starting in the next 30 days.”



When Hailey navigates to the Extended Team Dashboard, she’ll see her HR activities AND the extended Team's activities, e.g. Legal, Procurement, IT, etc.  

  • Hailey sees ALL her Top 10 activities that are “in progress”
  • Hailey sees All her activities “starting in the next 30 days.”
  • Hailey will see All her top 10 open Issues and open Risks. 
  • Lastly, Hailey will see her team's, e.g. HR, IT, etc. top 10 Activities “in progress” and “starting in the next 30 days.”
