If you want to view yours and your team's activities, use the Team Lead dashboard, which displays a plethora of information in various sections.  Below is a breakdown of each category where the user, Mary Lamb is a member of the HR team and uses the Team Lead Dashboard to view her own and fellow team member's activities.  Other key players within HR include Barbara Walters and Helen Harry.

 

1. My Top 10 Team in Progress Activities – HR team activities that are a work-in-progress.  Triggers are:  Owner is selected & the Actual Start Date field is completed.  This displays the tasks that Barbara & Nina (members of HR) are working on.
2. My Top 10 Team Activities Starting in Next 30 days – activities starting in the next 30 days.  Trigger – less than 30 days from the current date.  Again these are the HR team’s activities & below Barbara has 2 tasks & Nina has 1 that are starting in the next 30 days.
3. My Top 10 Team Open Issues – any HR team open Issues are displayed here.  Below, Helen & Nina have documented 2 HR Issues.
4. My Top 10 Team Open Risks – any HR team open Risks are displayed here.  Below Helena & Mary have documented 2 HR Risks.
5. My Top 10 In Progress Activities – those activities that Mary Lamb is currently working on are displayed here.
6. My Top 10 Activities Starting in Next 30 Days – those activities that Mary Lamb will be starting w/in the next 30 days.
