How to Modify Document Revisions

Modifying Document Revisions

If a document needs to be modified, it has to be downloaded from the Document Detail page, followed by editing and uploading it back to the Document Detail page. 

  1. Open your Integration.

  2. Navigate to the Documents tab.

  3. Click the document's title, which appears in the Name column. 

  4. The Document Detail page opens.

  5. To modify the document details, select the name of the document under the File Name column.

  6. The document will be downloaded to your computer's default location.

  7. Open the downloaded document, and enable editing if necessary.

  8. Modify and Save the changes of the document.

  9. Select the Upload button.

  10. The document revision window appears.

  11. Select Choose File to upload the document.

  12. Include Comments and update the Owner of the document as an option. 

  13. Select the Save button. 

  14. The document has been uploaded to the Document Revisions section within the Document Detail window.
