How to Create Tasks in Integrations and Targets

Creating Tasks in Targets

A task is to complete a process, phase, or project. For every milestone, there may or may not be one or more corresponding task(s).

Tasks can be created from the Playbook menu, from the Activity Map of the Target or Program, or from the Tasks tab within the Program. 

To Create a Task in a Targets:

1. Navigate to Targets.
   
   
2. Select All Targets.
   
   
3. Select a Target from the Target Name column.
   
   
4. Select the Tasks tab.
   
   
   
   
5. Select the +Create button. The task detail pop-up window appears.
   
   
6. Type the name of the Tasks in the Name field.
   
   
7. In the sub-category drop-down menu, select a Milestone. 
   
   
8. Some fields have been pre-populated that can be modified as needed. 
   
   
9. Click the Save button.
