Copying a Project

Projects 

Projects can be used to group together Workstreams, SubWorkstreams, Milestones, Tasks, and SubTasks that are part of a Program.

To Copy a Project: 

1. Navigate to the Programs/Integrations menu. 
   
   
2. Select the name of the Program under the Program Name column. The Integration page appears. 
   
   
3. Open a Program.
   
   
4. Select the Projects tab.
   
   
5. Select Copy Package.
   
   
   
   
6. The Select Project window is displayed.  There are two options that a user can perform and are depicted in the below screen captures. 
   
   a.  Choose a package by clicking the the "Choose Package Here" field

   b.  Select a Project by selecting the checkbox next to the name of the Project(s) to copy into the Projects page.

   Note: Forecast Start Date and Forecast End Date are required fields.
   
   
7. Select the Copy button. The Project(s) will be added to the Project page.
