How Do I Delete a Note From a Program?

This article explains the difference between a Recent Note that is displayed in the Activity Map and the Notes that appear on the Notes tab.

Deleting a Note From a Program

Deleting Notes can only be done via the Notes tab.  To do this:

1. Navigate to the Programs/Integrations Menu.
   
   
2. Open an Integration.
   
   
3. Click on the Notes tab.
   
   
4. Point and click your mouse on the title. 
   
   
   
   
5. The Note Detail page opens
   
   
   
   
6. Click on the Delete icon.
   
   
7. The confirmation window appears asking if you want to delete the Note.
   
   
   
   
   

8. Click OK.
   
   

9. The Note has been deleted and you are returned to the Notes view.
