How Do I Add a Functional Team?

Administrators can create different functional teams or departments to align with your business. Functional Teams can be added, edited, or deleted.

Creating Functional Teams
  1. From the Main Menu Bar, select Admin/Dictionaries/Functional Teams.
  2. On the Functional Teams page, select the +Create button. The functional team pop-up window appears.
  3. In the Name field, type the name of the functional team or department.
  4. Select Save.  

When creating new Contacts or editing existing Contacts, the new functional team(s) will appear in the Functional Team picklist.
