How Do I Add a Functional Team?
Administrators can create different functional teams or departments to align with your business. Functional Teams can be added, edited, or deleted.
Creating Functional Teams- From the Main Menu Bar, select Admin/Dictionaries/Functional Teams.
- On the Functional Teams page, select the +Create button. The functional team pop-up window appears.
- In the Name field, type the name of the functional team or department.
- Select Save.
When creating new Contacts or editing existing Contacts, the new functional team(s) will appear in the Functional Team picklist.
