Due Diligence Request IDs

Using system generated Request IDs will help to organize and streamline your exchange of information.

Devensoft has made it even simpler to navigate Due Diligence with the addition of unique, system-generated Request IDs. You will see these displayed in both the Due Diligence Tab as well as any exports of your Request List. 

You can now search the within the Filter Menu of the Due Diligence Tab within Devensoft:

The Data Room Portal will also display the Request IDs ahead of each item:

You can complete the same type of filter search within the Data Room (in the Filter Menu Search Bar) for specific ID's by typing in the number of the request you are looking for:

It's now easier than ever to sort through documents that have been shared from the Target (data room) by clicking into Files View-> Filter-> Search and simply typing in the Request ID tied of the Document you wish to review:

Additionally, targets will have an easier time navigating Follow-up Requests with an additional Email Notification Template that points them to the Request with ID. Previously, a target would have had less information or direction when searching for follow-up items to respond to. The Request ID streamlines that process for ease of navigation.
