      Clone a Program

      Cloning a Program is a true timesaver as the Activity Map, Financials, Team Members and other data is copied into the newly cloned Program.

      Cloning a Program

      Using the Cloning feature is a true timesaver allowing the following data to be copied into the newly cloned Program:   Activity Map, Financials, Projects, Workstreams, SubWorkstreams, Milestones, Tasks, SubTasks, Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions, Assumptions, Notes, Documents, Summary and Team. 

      Note:  Emails from the Stream tab are not copied into the newly cloned Program.

      To clone a Program:

      1. From the Main Menu bar, navigate to Programs/Integrations.

      2. From the Program Name column, select the Program to be cloned.

      3. Select the Summary tab.

      4. Select the Clone icon.

      5. In the Copy Program window, edit the name.

      6. Select Clone.

      7. The newly cloned Program is displayed on your screen.
